Helge has a master’s degree in law from the University of Oslo. He wrote his thesis on the land and resource administration of Finnmarkseiendommen, and its relation to established rights held by the local inhabitants of Finnmark. He has experience working with reindeer herding rights as a legal investigator for the Finnmark Commission. As a part of his degree, he had subjects of international environmental law at the University of Iceland. Helge assists clients in criminal and civil cases.
